#3; If your site promotes Pornography, Nudity, Hatred, Bigotry or Intolerance for People or Animals,or links to such sites don't apply. You will disqualified from winning any award from this site... Exception Nudity in an Artistic Form
#4; If your site provides music there must be a way to turn it off.
#5; If your Site Crashes my Browser you will be Disqualified!!
#6; If you do not link the Award to TimberCarver.Com so others may apply, then I will remove you from the Winners Hall Of Fame...
#7; Should you change the Content of your site where it does not comply with the criteria for which you received the Award then I will Remove you from the Winners Hall Of Fame.....
#8; If you have any UNDER CONSTRUCTION SIGNS posted you will be Disqualified... Everyone's site is always under construction you don't need to advertise it...
#9; If you have pop ups asking me to download anything (examples Comet Cursor, Crescendo) or have advertising pop ups or pop under, you will be Disqualified.. EXCEPTION Sites where pop ups are required for service..
#10; Text covering graphics or graphics covering text will get you Disqualified ..
#11; If you are applying for the Sportsperson Award and you state that you use SALT to hunt Deer I will Disqualify your site and you will never receive any award from this site. The Sportsperson Award is only given to sites that show a STRONG REGARD to sporting ETHICS and FAIR CHASE!!!
#12; Sites that are all Links with no content!
#13 Sites with excessive animation that serves no purpose and Excessive animated or moving Text.
#14 Failure to read the rules will disqualify your site..
